The Canadian Financial Help Desk Inc. takes the matter of privacy very seriously. Personal information collected by our members is never shared with anyone outside of our company. Any personal information given is only shared with our staff or affiliated financial consultants who offer advice to members. To comply with federal and provincial regulations, all of our financial consultants are trained financial advisors who are licensed in the province that they give such advice. These advisors are bound by provincial regulations regarding the offering of advice and services and in the handling of personal information.

The only information we collect is that of which is given freely by members. This information's only purpose is to offer specific advice to that member. Nothing of a personal nature is ever shared with anyone other than staff and affiliated financial consultants.

Upon request, we will remove all information from our system on any member, and will refrain from further contact. You may request removal from our system by simply emailing contact@canadianfinancialhelpdesk.com with remove in the subject line. Please include the email address we have on file with your full name and address to assure complete removal.
